This experience takes place at a fully accessible marina, where guests can relax and enjoy the surroundings in comfort, supported at all times by a trained and attentive team that understands and respects each participant’s needs.
A Supported and Accessible Experience
The journey begins with adapted transportation, accompanied by professional operators who provide personalized assistance throughout the transfer to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience.
Guests are offered complimentary non-alcoholic beverages during the ride, allowing them to arrive relaxed, hydrated, and ready to enjoy the activity.
Upon arrival at the marina, entrance tickets are included, along with access to accessible changing facilities. The marina’s specialized staff assists guests during the pool entry and immersion process, ensuring the experience is carefully guided and conducted with the highest level of care.
For safety reasons, travelers with disabilities must participate in the experience accompanied by someone who can provide additional support during the activity.
Optional Free Time at the Marina
Following the dolphin encounter, guests may enjoy one hour of optional free time within the marina’s accessible facilities an opportunity to relax, take in the atmosphere, or share the moment with their companions.
